Accessibility Statement
PhotoForPass aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Learn about our accessibility features, known limitations, and how to get help or report a barrier.
Effective date: November 8, 2026
HELPERG LLC wants everyone to be able to use photoforpass.com, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, speech and cognitive disabilities.
Conformance status
We consider photoforpass.com to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means some parts of the site may not yet fully meet the standard. We are working to close those gaps.
This statement was prepared on November 8, 2026. It reflects our design standards and our own internal review. It has not yet been verified by an independent audit.
What we do
- Keyboard access: the main tasks, including choosing a document or product, uploading a photo, checkout and downloading, are designed to work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator. A “Skip to content” link is available on every page.
- Screen reader support: we use semantic HTML, form labels, and descriptive text for buttons and controls, and we provide check results and status updates as text, not only as colors or icons.
- Upload instead of camera: you can upload an existing photo instead of using the camera. Someone else can also take the photo for you.
- Clear feedback: check results explain what to fix in plain language.
- Color and contrast: we design for text contrast of at least 4.5:1 and do not use color alone to convey meaning.
- Resize and reflow: pages are designed to work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
- Target size: buttons and controls are designed to be easy to tap.
- Accessible sign-in: you can sign in with an email link or Google, so you never have to remember or type a password.
- Time limits: the welcome offer timer is optional. You can order at any time without it.
- Motion: we respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
- Languages: the site is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese and Arabic, with right-to-left layout for Arabic. Each page declares its language for assistive technology.
Known limitations
- Camera capture: positioning your face in the camera frame relies partly on visual guides. We provide text prompts, and you can always upload a photo taken by someone else instead.
- Image results: we describe each finished image in text (for example, the document type and size, or the portrait style), but text cannot fully describe whether an image is a good likeness. You may want someone you trust to look at a document photo before you submit it.
- Third-party content: payment forms are provided by Stripe, sign-in screens by Google, and bot checks by Cloudflare Turnstile. We choose providers that commit to accessibility, but we do not control their content. If a bot check blocks you, contact us and we will help.
- Legal pages: our legal documents are currently available in English only.
